This class was created in 2011 to focus on the specific needs of women in my Chakra Sweat™ class. A few were moving away and wanted to continue learning and practicing with me, and so, I became the first Yoga Instructor to teach Live Online Steaming Classes. My intention was to keep our community going even while not living in the same city, as well as, providing women with a style that feeds their body, beauty and soul.

THE ONLINE LIVE CLASS – FEMININE POWER CHAKRA FLOW™
Every Monday 7am PST/USA we meet Live Online to practice a new 50-minute flow. Enjoy practicing in the comfort of your own home, wearing what you like, and having your favorite morning drink nearby. You do not need to turn on your camera, or impress anyone.
THE HOMEWORK – DAILY PRACTICE
On the first Monday of every month, a new daily practice is suggested so that you may continue to deepen a specific chakra energy in your body and life, getting the maximum benefit out of this class and your practice.
THE MONTHLY LIVE Q&A
Once a month we meet to review or introduce new esoteric topics, chakra analysis, feminine empowering spiritual philosophy, as well as, answer any questions that may come up during our Monday class, or in your personal practice.
How This Class Began…
Firstly, I want to thank you all so much for giving this Feminine Yoga Class a chance, trying something new, and loving it!
Since we’ve begun our Journey together, our class has been growing and holding 6 time zones simultaneously – from the east and west coast of USA, to Paris and throughout Europe, all the way to Australia! Thank you for telling all your friends.
For me, it was a great honor to create this class in January 2011. It happened due to three factors: 1. I noticed the women in my Chakra Sweat™ struggling with certain aspects and thought to myself, “If only I could teach them an extra thing or two”, 2. One of my students that had been coming to class for 3 years was moving away, and I felt the need to somehow still keep her in our community, and so, 3. I asked the ladies if they wanted to try yoga online. No one was doing it at that time, and they were happy to try something new!
Thanks them, Feminine Power Chakra Flow™ began the first online live-streaming yoga class.
I promised them a 3-month commitment, since I did not know if I would like it, or if it would work for them, and after 3 months they lamented, “No way you are stoping this class!”
We continued on for years.
